CDJ-1000MK3's

Iv just bought a pair of Pioneer CDJ-1000MK3's... :-S !! aaaaahh!
Bought them from eBay, America cus they are about 600 each from there, and 750 from the UK.. ok so thats my Credit Card blown apart but the way i see it is... i'l pay it off eventually :-D

Cant wait t to get them !!

Crazy Headphones

Has anyone seen these crazy headphones ? £35 ($70) from Urban Outfitters.. They are called "The Grande" by Boosted. (Sherbert colour)
I really like em' but i dont know if iv got the guts to wear them or anything... but the it WOULD make you stand out when yer DJin..

Apparently the audio quality is fine too..

I want some CDJs

I really want some Pioneer CDJ1000's !! MK3 if possible but obviously, they cost so, so much.. I reccon i can pick up a pair on eBay for around £1200- which is way over my price range, but i have got a credit card now.. hmm, but then iv got the problem that i would be so protective over them i wouldnt want to gig them out to beach parties or take em' anywhere....which goes against my ethos of "if you bought it you may as well use it"

So what should i do ? Thing is, i already know the answer... i should get a pair of CDJ800's which are quite a bit cheaper and be happy ! but.. i wont be happy until i own a pair of the 1000's oooww noooo ;-)

oh well.. i'l update the blog when i make a decision

Our Studio at tReds

Just thought id write another post on my new blog.. :-S

Our shots have improved 10 fold since we began with an "eBay style" white tent!

After alot of testing, our studio can product nice product shots and 360 animations of the shoes and trainers that we shoot.

If people can be bothered, let me know what you think of the shots that we've taken. Id love to hear what people have to say!

Keep in mind that we dont do any editing in Photoshop or any other software, we simply shoot, name and upload.

White shoes are obviously the hardest to shoot, and we have had problems in the past but its all down to getting the right combination of shutter speed, aperture, exposure and positioning of the lights. ~ We use fluorescent ones by the way.

AJAX stuff is nice

So, theres been alot of hype about AJAX, but i think thats just because of the popularity of GMail all of a sudden.. we're not currently using AJAX on the tReds website, but we will soon (i hope) - i want to spice up the registration page a bit i think..

..And add maybe a "loading" panel for the flash rotation that we do with our shoes.

GMail is pretty sweet tho..

Flash scroller on the tReds site

Checkout the flash scroller on the tReds shoe site which iv just come up with, im not the best flash designer so iv used Swish which makes it really easy.

I want to come up with some new ideas for that space, i think we need to advertise most of our best-selling brands like Sugar Shoes, Skechers, Converse and skater brands like DCSHOECOUSA and Etnies. But how ?

I'l have a think and post up what happens.
